On my Harmony remote I use the Flirc XBMC profile, which I have also enabled in the flirc. I'm now using Ouya "out-of-the-box" with no additional keyboard files etc. Any other USB extension would probably do the same trick. Select the remote control in the devices tab, and click settings. Lets solve this by going into the harmony settings. (it actually thinks your holding the remote control button down long enough to start repeating on the host operating system). The USB splitter I'm using now really just acts as an extension cord to give the flirc more space and to enable a good connection. However, flirc and the connected machine might interpret this as multiple independent clicks. This pressure probably caused some of the USB connection pins to have no proper contact - and therefore causing all the trouble of not working and de-programming the flirc. Therefore the Flirc "barely" fits into the USB port - I really had to press a bit to get it in. And the Flirc is a bit thicker then most regular USB cables. The USB port and HDMI port of the Ouya are pretty close together. I guess there are 3 different places I can control time delays and that is confusing me somewhat.Ok, after doing more testing I got everything working, and I think I have a good idea what caused all the problems in the beginning: I also notice that sometimes button pushes need to be held down for a fraction longer than you would expect to register as a button push. I was happy to see that there is a profile for this in the Logitech Harmony database, but when I tried the remote with XBMC launched it didnt seem to work. Most recent configuration was last night. Im using v2.2 of the GUI and Im trying to get my new Logitech Harmony to work with Flirc + XBMC.
